Love the island photos and you got the hight of the shot just right..
Cheers Paul
Enjoyed the video as usual Ian.
Good to see you out and about again with Henry.
Some good advice all round.
You captured some really nice image's especially the trees on the island one.
Look forward to the next one.
I must be in a black and white frame of mind. I took one look at that island of trees and thought, "Oh, black and white."
I think its one of those shots that works well in colour and black and white. In the end, I liked the cool tones, so went with the colour option
I love Henry's advice here, to slow it down a bit, take things as they come, and enjoy the creativity that may come about as a result. Stunning photo of the trees on the island. Great video, Ian, as always. Thanks so much.
Well said! 🙂
Great advice in this video and fun to see Henry with you!
Glad you enjoyed it!
It is nice that you have Henry along on your shoot! Weather can be a challenge so it is good you guys have a good attitude!
Thanks buddy
I love that feeling of being in the zone, you're setup, got the composition you want and just waiting for the light or cloud cover to give that little bit extra for the shot. I find time spent waiting is often rewarded and if not that's okay too. I've captured some great shots because I waited. I love watching you go through your process. It really takes me into the landscape with you. Thanks Ian.
Thanks so much, waiting can often be the most enjoyable part 👍
First image, nicely balanced, Ian
Many thanks!
Great idea, shoot through the window , yet more photographers in woolly hats, how can dying landscape be beautiful? Brrrrrh! Went out in that weather got pneumonia spent a month in hospital , liucky-ish to be alive. out in that weather - IT's MADNESS!!!!! nice show
Your island shot is awesome. One for the wall I reckon 😁👍🏻
yeah, I reckon so 👍
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching! 🙂
That island shot was right up my street Ian , great location
Thanks buddy, yeah, that one was special.
Fantastic shot of the island.....although I was feeling a tad cold by the end of your video! Cheers.
I must admit I've never seen waterfalls blowing upwards like that! That is some SERIOUSLY windy conditions!
It really was so windy up there, so I'm glad we chose the spot that we did.
Excellent.
The island scene is really fantastic. I wonder, if it might even work well in black & white. What do you think, Ian?
I think its one of those shots that works well in colour and black and white. In the end, I liked the cool tones, so went with the colour option
Brilliant mate. Nice Image 👌
Many thanks
Hi Ian,
Loved the video, especially the island 🏝 amazing. We don't get that sort of thing down here in Devon....Very well done. Colin.
It sure is a special place, thanks for watching
