@@NOTHEOTHERGUY Good points. I think SB's best years were 1985 and 1986. It was still good in 1987 and 1988. When Lane Davies left for good (1989?), that was the beginning of the end. Just my humble opinion.
i LOVE you!! just sayin! *G* seriously though... i've been wanting so much to see this. how happy Sophia is to see him... and his admitting how she affected him while he was "in the coma"... and i know what's coming... *whimpers*
This story line was the pinnacle of Santa Barbara. Jed Allan as CC helped bring Santa Barbara to even greater heights.
From their first moment together, we knew it was meant to be! Thanks so much, Lisa!
That look!! I could see it again and again!! Thanks so much!
NO offense to Charles Bateman, but Jed Allan IS CC Capwell! I LOVE these!
The Dobsons knew what they were doing. Shame they got locked out just about a year and half later, and that's when SB went downhill.
I basically agree with your premise that Santa Barbara had its best years under the Dobsons. With that said, how do you explain the poor ratings ?
@@hirsch4real201 General Hospital was a force back then. And, frankly, "Another World" was just okay as a lead-in.

He loved her and she knew he would throw her out, nevertheless, there was so much love between them.

The real CC
This show was soooooo good under the dobsons...then it went to hell!!
Do you blame Jill Farren Phelps or just the fact that the Dobsons were no longer there to guide the ship?
was this the first meeting of Kirk and C.C. ?
Officially, but C.C. knew of him while pretending to be in a coma
