I was not familiar with Zahan Kapoor. I thought he was some dude who got the role because of his theatrical experiences. I loved his acting skills and his character adaptation. I am glad I got to know him after watching the whole series. He is from the Kapoor family, great Shashi Kapoor's grandson. This Kapoor family definitely breaks the stereotype. Great Series!!!

Black warrant is a realistic portrayal of corruption, violence,disorder and bloodshed that has come to define Tihar Jail. Its a fresh take on cop dramas. It also shed light on the humane side of cops.
It's an amazing show with different and fresh storytelling and compelling writing and direction.Sadly this show will also remain underrated like Kaala Paani and Jubilee....
Bahot badhiya acting thi main character ki jisne sunil Gupta ka character play Kiya tha and Rahul bhatt is very kadak jailer and very smart man Jo sabko manage karke jail chalata tha and ya ofcourse sabse shocking moment tha woh faansi wala scene ....kaafi dark 🌑 and the background music is very important to running story ...very interesting....
This series was just amazing and will shock you at many steps. The Charles revelation, and stories of the jail had me googling information about the reality of it all and it got me floored. The execution scenes are definitely haunting and shockingly true. This has to be one of the best series from Netflix ever. Also my main aim commenting here today is to say that I absolutely love your channel and contents. I do feel your cinephile taste is the closest to mine and I always take your reviews before I decide if I want to watch or not. Plus, you have a very soothing yet haunting voice. Feels like you are talking to me in person.

Just binged watched the entire season. The way it portrayed first two episodes was intense but last episodes rather took a soft approach. Zaahan Kapoor has impressed me a lot, but Anurag Thakur, Paramvir Cheema and Rahul Bhat steals the show ❤

Sunil, sardar friend talk is mother and listen his brother join militant and he nothing to do only he is cried and slap himself again and inner side 4. Ranga & Billa Execution is really unpredictable this scene is ranga is devil.he not cried and he not die. He is pure devil 5. Tomar - Dhariya, Sunil,sardar team is real bond I like see them and when they I was happy when they fear I was feared for him Great Writing and execution by Vikramaditya Motwane this guy is really gem of Indian cinema

Recently finished watching black warrant. Last Hindi web series I watched was Agni. Both the series share one common element. That is its unconventional pick of the subject. In black warrant it is about life and times of jail officers as to how they are treated at home by their own parents and sibling and the general negative myth about them in real life. It was great to watch a real life account as it happened during the period which was quite unique also that infamous period of Indian politics and events. Similar take was also in Agni- life and treatment and how firemen are being perceived in the society. One more event which was shown was the murder of doctor's wife which he planned with 2 outsiders who were imprisoned and so was him but treatment was totally different. Most haunting scene was when Sunil's subconscious mind saw Ranga opening his eyes after hanging and his delayed death. Horrifying indeed. Such unconventional moves rebuild our trust in Hindi storytelling Kudos to the makers and artists of Black Warrant and Agni
This series is absolutely wonderful and always stays with me. Sometimes it is shocking, sometimes weird, sometimes full of sorrow. Everyone elected so well.. specially 3 protagonist and Rahul Bhatt.
So weird how they showed Charles as chill laid bavk character when he was ruthless serial killer. Charles was not wrong when he said 'india loves me' he knew the mentality.
