One terminology quibble: The Diaphragm produces inhalation force only. Exhalation requires abdominal and other chest wall muscles, never the diaphragm. Take a look at any anatomy text or drawing. You cannot lay your hand on the diaphragm as it is the thin horizontally oriented muscle that separates the abdominal cavity from the chest cavity. Contraction of the diaphragm causes inhalation and pushes the abdomen OUT. This fact does not detract from the value of this video and the exercises, but instructors need to use correct terminology to avoid confusing our students.
Warren, your lessons are BRILLIANT thank you so much.
Small, but significant things, good lesson.
