Usually no time to grab it with 7:00 bus. She runs from bed to bus. (That’s a whole other problem.). This yr is a sr so can leave for lunch at least. I tried to get better food at our schools but there was some nepotism with the food service co so didn’t get anywhere with that.

Tim Walz is an awesome pick......he's a veteran, teacher, coach, he hunts and fishes, he's straight talking, has a sense of humor, is sarcastic with a smile, he has no trouble handling idiots, he will 100% have Kamala's back, he will reassure older people that this pair of Harris and Walz care about them and they arent just thrown away people, and he cares about the rural communities and small towns which could quite possibly pull some of those voters who often dont feel represented or cared about by the Democrats, over to our side. Tim Walz is an awesome pick......he's a veteran, teacher, coach, he hunts and fishes, he's straight talking, has a sense of humor, is sarcastic with a smile, he has no trouble handling idiots, he will 100% have Kamala's back, he will reassure older people that this pair of Harris and Walz care about them and they arent just thrown away people, and he cares about the rural communities and small towns which could quite possibly pull some of those voters who often dont feel represented or cared about by the Democrats, over to our side. And he also lets men know that they can be masculine, they can be outdoorsmen, they can do "guy things", but they can also still care about other people, and help those who need a hand up, and no one will think they're soft because they care.
And one other thing: I was born and raised in the suburbs right outside Los Angeles in the '60s and '70s. I was a suburb/city kid (went to a lot of clubs in Hollywood, but was not a Valley Girl 😊). However, I began working on ranches and horse training facilities in CA in the '70s, then moved to Northern NV 30+ year's ago, and I now live off the grid in a ranching community where the nearest town is 55 miles away. With all those experiences with different types of people, I believe Tim Walz is a great choice because he checks a lot of the boxes for a broader array of people.

Walz did not approve breakfast and lunch for poor kids.... For ALL kids. Regardless of what their family's money situation looks like on paper.... Every child in the state gets breakfast and lunch... Every single day. No notes home when the parents' forget to send in money or life happens and they can't pay for lunch. It's actually pretty incredible. I think they said like 30-40% more students were eating school lunch on average once it was provided for everyone.

I believe that Tim Walz and Harris would make a great team for the White House. Firstly, they both firmly believe in our democracy. Secondly, they both want to progress our country forward, rather than regress it like Trump and his vice president. They do not support Project 2025, which would set our country back at least a century. We now have our team, and we must move forward and elect them to the White House.
