so happy more people are talking about digital cleaning & detoxing! i’ve actually been vlogging this whole week because i’m doing a week detox from every social media platform i have (except for RUclips lol, that’s my only exception) and i thought it would be super difficult for me but it’s not which is surprising. i’ve been doing shadow work & listening to a lot of music :) i do always feel like i’m messing out but it’s not an overwhelming feeling, it’s also nice being able to wake up and not get so distracted on instagram to the point where i forget to brush my teeth & wash my face... this year had been rough for me but things are slowly getting better
This year hasn’t been so bad for me, honestly. I say that because I started my RUclips channel and now, heading to 2021, I’ll be ready for what comes up. Thank you 🙏, for your time to make this video to help others around!
I think 1 hour is just not possible for me at all lolll but less is definitely better... I’ve just created a new schedule that I love and am obsessed with that I can share in the new year 🥰
