Now this is a revive that I really didn’t think was necessary. The original HGUC Gundam Ground Type was a solid kit with great articulation, detail, and accessories. Just a way to make the frame compatible with the gm ground type and blue destiny suits I guess.
The back pack is identical, but the cannon have a better appearance of capture the TV scene. A beam rifle may seems to be new, but it included in the gundam Ez8. The only reason i will be buy this kits is to collect the whole 08th Ms team.
They really cant do anything about that white part on top of the Shield, I dunno if they are planning to make an RG ver of the Ground type, but hopefully its a separate part
I honestly would have preferred if they actually molded the beam rifle in a way to fit the trigger finger hand properly, as well as generally making its accessories work with the hands, also with the trigger guard the beam rifle should be used with the trigger finger
You can't mold thing any shape that you want bandai is realy good tricking the rules and they make absolutely great kit but sometimes they couldn't do it because its simply imposible

Is the backpack also compatible with HGUC Ez8?

can you fit the ez8 backpack to the gm ground type? or does it have different pegs?
The old Ground Gundam also came with a backpack with the cannon. And I might just buy this unit when it arrives in the PH.
