By the time 2028 rolls around, the Supreme Court will likely be a 7-2 conservative majority, and a few of the older justices will be replaced by younger ones. So you're probably looking at a very, very conservative Supreme Court for 20 years or so. Tough luck, pal. You'll get 'em next time!
