Until and unless people like you come out and fight for the rights of common in every aspect of life real change can not come.
People usually have hopes on leaders and govts but they don’t realise they themselves are the catalyst for change.
I hope more people listen to you and fight for their rights and spread awareness for every issue like public health, public transport, environment, water, town planning and governance not just education.
Home schooling, Skill training from early age should be priority then study in private school.

This Video Should Have Watch By Every Parent
Very productive and informative podcast. We leanrned more in this podcast then in our entire matriculation system where we didnt even get to know the relevance of the terms "Constitution, Democracy, Political Structures". I would keenly wait for ur podcast to bring any expert like Sir taimur rehman(lums professor of political science) or Wasatullah khan, who can educate us, the people, about the relevance of such terms in our lives. Very great work u r doing Sir.
People must need to know the relevance and impact of these terms on their lives.

i was a teacher in a private school for two months and i had no idea about these private school mafia at that time.. teachers were badly treated and students were treated as customers..principal ny mjhy kaha tha k ksi ko bad marks nai deny or competition me hr kisi ko jitana he,,, but i did not listen to her,, or jb bachon ko prizes deny ki bat ai to principal ny disinterest show kiya qk unko sirf facebook pe pictures lagani ti k bht activities horai hain school mein so i bought prizes for them from my own pocket.. eventually i had to resign because mjhy teach krny ka shouq tha lekin khud ko abuse krwany ka shouq nai tha or na hi me students k sth ghalat kr skti ti k unko kuch na ae or me 100 out of 100 marks deti,,,
i dont know if my comment will be read or not...
but i must say you are a source of awakening for many...

here are some suggestions to add some more value to it...
1. share official link/document for the rules (73/74 as discussed), for detail info for parents for their knowledge.
2. what about some parents take initiative of community school, like there are 2000 members attached to this movement, join hands and start their own school?
3. what about home schooling? i am sure its not a thing in pak as of now, but we can consider this i guess.
4. last but not least how can we join this movement?

You should have it on iTunes, Spotify, Soundcloud and other mp3 platforms because podcast are meant to be that way.
Spotify is not available in Pakistan. Hence putting content on it deems vain unless there is a significant Pakistani diaspora who wants it

very well prepared episode. Covered almost every point.
today i got my child admitted in private school and totally felt the pain what he is talking about. in front of that private school is a Public School that is easily 100 times bigger and I myself studied from that public school. But with the fear of "Dunda" traumas that I went through, I got my kid into private school. other wise that private school has nothing except for higher fee structure.
Make more of these podcasts, loved it!
I want to join this movement, I am a parent, but dont live in Pakistan at the moment, eventually have to come back to educate my kids, this is my concern as well.

Parents are not sleeping, they just dont have the time to get into this mess.
1) if they opt in their children get harassed
2) they can't afford lawyers
3) they are too involved in their work, getting work

We as a nation have failed when our education system is a failure. The officials who have been educated in the best school are scared that if this generation will get educated and speak up against the corrupt politicians, the government, the rotten to the core educationalist they are done for. All their lollipop will disappear.
I wish to join hands, if we collect some amount from private school parents for strengthen our right for better education for our kids by investing in better layers to fight for our right..

Schools didn't return any fee or adjusted it. And now some schools are even charging monthly security fees. This system is getting worse everyday

Make a podcast on coaching centres if a student is taught in school then why does he need to go to a tuition centre to repeat the same.
I purely felt like it's my problem being narrate by mr. Faisal. Worst ever days when my kids were thrown out of school for only 2 month fee not being paid 😢 eventually after 2 months sitting at home I had to withdraw their admission this will always pinch my heart...

That's one of the flaws of capitalism. I'm not a fan of too many government regulations, but yes, often times properly enforced regulations is the only solution. I also believe certain institutions like news media, healthcare, education etc should not be for profit.

I work in a renowned private school as a teacher and the same happened to me. As I come from a far away city, I had gone home for Eid vacations and requested an additional 4 days leave (10 days eid vacations). The school withheld half of my salary which already is 18,500. 👍

The echoes are audible, you could try adding some acoustic foam panels to the wall, or maybe add a bookshelf stacked with books, some rugs, or if you're not worried about how the room looks, pillows. It'll make the audio quality way better. It will also make the experience a lot more professional.
Also, how many ads do you need? It's kind of redundant that you talk about how things should and should not be and still have a dozen ads in a single video like that's something that's okay. To each their own, but it is off-putting.
@UsmanAsif i was also wondering about this but this was one of his earliest podcasts.. He has much improved versions now and very confidently talks also..
This guy has come a very long way with all the information and knowledge that he transfers through these podcasts..

Mr Junaid you said 10:20 that you don't consider a school to be a school if it doesn't have a ground. Same is the case with many universities. I study at Bahria University Medical and Dental College in Karachi. This place does not have a ground nor does it have any events or anything.

Control hamare paas hai. Parents agar unite ho k keh dein k hum ne fees nai deni, to woh Kiya ukhaarr lenge? Kuch nai. We need to unite and take a stand, and no school would ever be able to do this. Stop being afraid of them. They're afraid of us uniting, so that's exactly what we need to do.

Junaid and the other brother, one thing i disagree with is the photo copy of book. Books should not be copied and should be copyrighted. That's how publishers and book writers can make money. Its the same in developed countries.

Once I had chance to work in one of well reputed private school not only they make parents lives miserable but also teachers suffers a lot. You're right that monthly turn over is in billions but what they pay to teachers and junior staff will blow your mind, average salary of a Montessori to Primary level teacher is around Rs. 6000/month, these are mostly female staff, with no holidays at all, they mark late arrivals and deduct salary on sandwiches too. And the amount of work these girls do, sorry to say but they treat them as educated maids!
