At the main menu. Instead of trying to connect to get online,sign out of your profile. It’ll kick you to the Home Screen saying 2k23 needs an update. I tried everything but this was the only thing that activated the update

For my main account it connects to the servers for 21. On another account I wanna play on it doesn’t let me connect to the servers I’ve reinstalled 21 played blacktop twice even watched the credits nothing has worked

you have too many accounts connected to the server on your console
My prob is when I play my career and finish the game it kicks me out and says cannot not connect
For me the problem is when i try to play Myteam i can play ttoonline and ttofline but i cant play the draft, limited and even singleplayer domination will this solition help that

So what if you watch the credits and no update pops up? Still have trouble connecting to 2k servers. Sometimes it’ll let me no problem sometimes it’s a struggle.

Yea I found guys. Just make a new account and start it until it loads and put u in the game. Then just quit and go back to your original account and it should work
