Swweeeet cr500 , My neighbor since I was born and longtime friend Perry Donahue Stocton Calif . Know him ? He gave me my 1st Ac/Dc tape 1980 back from the French / Euro circuit . He was either sponsered Honda or Yamaha , He had new Cr500 and Yz 490 in 81'82' in the shop and a sht load of roof high Hang Town , Lodi Cycle Bowl tropheys lol... I rode the 490 but never the 500 , Perry told me I could , I'd like to soon lol. I just got off a few town ride on the 650L :) . Good stuff
All the 125's of that time were kick ass , that's around the time I was racing , and I couldn't really place a bad one ? Now they did all seem to between Yamaha ' Suzuki ' Kawasaki and Honda
