I don’t think so, since she stopped modelling in high fashion & VS she probably started leaving a good lifestyle & gained a healthy amount of weight & her face got more plump & she has always had full lips. She still models but is more selective about her work - probably with brand that share the same vision as her. I really think this is her natural form & she looks beautiful. Even IF she got some tweaks done they must be very subtle.
