      @@KawiiNinjaAdding into what they told you. This most likely not fully true, but I do know it’s pretty close. Is henna is a type of paste made out of henna leaves, that are a plant usually found in the eastern continent. It’s used as an natural dye, due to how much it stains. It’s usually used in traditional events, like weddings. It’s normally used to draw symbols on the skin.

      I have some friends that do henna..THE CORRECT WAY... and taught me kinda how to do it.. and this is NOT it.

    As a Sudanese girl the second one is normal and we do it all the time in Sudan it’s our cultural thing to use natural henna on the bottom of our feet maybe not the drawings and designs but just the henna itself so it’s very offensive in my opinion to call it a violation just because your culture doesn’t believe in it thank you

      As a South Indian, I second you on that
      It's traditional to do the second thing (without the designs), and we cover the palms and foot in mehendi paste like that all the time
      It's a traditional preventive remedy for foot and nail diseases
      The squeezy tube mehendi with elaborate designs is more of a modern introduction here

      yeah in south india we cover the hands and feet of babies fully with henna, it cools the baby down or something 🤷‍♀️
      my mom still applies it to my full grown asses palms and soles
      i love the color it brings to my palms

    なんてこった!!! Not the hennaaaaaaaaa nooooooo 😭😭 it's an Indian (and some other countries) tradition!! I love henna and Im heart broken on the second one! In japan, mehendi is very popular because some Japanese pregnant women apply it on their belly for greater delivery (as what they believe) and to look attractive! And what 5-min crafts did is just not tolerable 😭💔..

    First of all in the second one they didn't use the henna properly and used a skewer to make designs and they also took off the henna before it was dried and ready. VIOLATION 😭
