Yes, I cannot recommend it enough. If you don't know an instrument already then, I highly suggest staring now, but if you do then cool. It is hard, band camp especially is really tough since you march for hours in really hot weather, and then memorizing all of the music can be hard for people new to marching band. But when you get to the actual games, it is one of the most fun things I have ever done. If you do join, then no matter how hard things will seem (trust me they will), never give up. Do it, it’s tons of fun. There is however a lot of time you will have to dedicate towards it, but playing at games is a lot of fun. However sometimes there’s this guy who plays clarinet that likes to arrange music and makes a lot of Among us jokes
This is great! I will warn you that that trombone 8th note line would take A LOT of cleaning to get it to sound good but it is doable… just quite difficult. Coming from someone who’s been writing/arranging for 8-9 years I think this is sick though I actually just finished a jazz arrangement of Big Shot too
As a percussion player, some of the percussion stuff could be a bit more choppy, its kind of too easy to play from what im seeing. Sounds pretty cool as a whole tho
Im not a percussionist so i didnt know how easy it would be (i actually was worries itd be too hard lmao), although i am starting to learn percussion and hopefully ill be able to revise the percussion part along with other things in the future. Thanks for commenting!
