    It is the sauce, with the snail. The meat is rubbery, like percebes. But the sauce makes the whole difference.

      Thank you for writing. I enjoy percebes, I tried these when I was in San Sebastián. The snails for me were more of a tender abalone. Thank you for watching 🙏

    Ah my local city. Glad you enjoyed it. Food is great in the Granada province. Morcillas con patata del pobre are a definite favourite. Buen provecho.
    Ps tapas means a topper and it is required to be free here in Andalusia by law, with certain drinks.
