I'm gonna be honest with you. It'll be REALLY hard to do any of the things you plan to do. Unless you're in the board of directors, no one is gonna listen to you. If you're gonna be a lower ranking employee, you'll probably just be another cog in the massive monopoly of which is Roblox.
Their moderation is bad because that's how they want it to be, you won't be fixing anything, plus all their jobs for moderation are outsourced to like India outside of like Moderation Management positions, but ya you won't be fixing moderation or they would have done it by now. They have no plans for moderation to be fixed. Don't be so naive.
