Actually the reason you won’t buy one is that they stopped taking UK orders for it last December. The current marketing push is because several dealers have stock cars to sell they having trouble shifting because of the depreciation monster. Great video, I love mine. Loved the FF I had before it too, but it’s worth seeking out a DMS tuned LussoT. It’s 710hp and 900NM of torque from basically a 488GTB motor that revs forever, quite a lot lighter too and RWD. It makes the cruiser to hooligan change even more stark.
Most of these Lusso's were bought only as a ticket to the next big thing. In so much as Ferrari say "if' you'd like the next limited run car we'd like to see you buy a Portofino, a Lusso and a 488" then if you're lucky you get a ticket for the big game. As a result of this there are more available than can be sold on the second hand market so Ferrari control the stock and only advertise/release a certain number on to the market at a time. People please note, the warranty is 4 years, the servicing is 7 years. Whislt under the 4 year warranty it's belt and braces. Warranty extensions on teh V12's are £6+ per year and the level of cover drops a shocking amount and you're often left picking up the tab for items that would be covered under any other manufacturers warranty. In 2017 I decided I wanted an FF as a daily driver. I found one I liked, the numbers stacked up so I went for a test drive. It was insane, it was so fast it actually scared me. But more dissapointing was that it only really got exciting at licence losing speeds which I was never going to be able to hit with any frequency at all other than on track or runways. So I bought a new Audi Estate instead for daily duty which I still have. I still have a Ferrrai itch, but it's something older now. Ironically a 550 or a 575 which I'd convert to manual. All the passion and soul but a bit more useable real world and a lot more analogue. The cars are astonishing pieces of machinery, I lusted after one fo some time (the FF) but when it came to actually buying one the reality wasn't the same as the dream. It's often something you only realise once you're there.

After watching this about 15x and all the FF vids, I finally bought a Lusso 😁💪 Thanks for making all these vids James, and making us think about cars we hadn’t considered before 👍
In my list of dream cars, this is right at the top with the Porsche Panamera Sport Turisimo. But, alas it will stay on a dream list as there is no way I can afford it.
The GTC4Lusso is my grand turismo dream car. FYI, my dream sports car SHOULD BE a Porsche 718 GTS with or without a roof - but is, in fact, a Porsche GT3 w/touring package, which I'll admit doesn't entirely make sense. Passion rarely does. Terrific video, thanks.
I quite new to your channel and I am truly enjoying your content and review style. Am I the only person who thinks Ferrari looked at the Reliant Scimitar and Volvo P1800 and thought that's what we need in our lineup of cars, I don't like most Ferraris but this is a good looking car.
Including a whole section of video dedicated to reading the prices of the optional upgrades was far too tedious to watch, I felt it necessary to skip forward to the driving portion. As for the car. I love the noise but the shape and design just isnt great. The breadvan look is kind of lost in the length of the car, it just looks awkward. Im sure theyre stupidly fast too.
Having been in a V12 lusso I must say it can certainly put you in your seat but on the other hand happily take you to Waitrose. The braking in the car was one of the things that truly shocked me with how sharp and efficient it was.
I don't think there's a better 4-seater car out there. The Ferrari V12 Lusso which i would love to own. Now's the time to buy as this i believe will be the last before the Ferrari SUV.
You can buy an Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio for the price of the extras which is an absolutely brilliant car, which has 4 seats, almost as fast and can be used as a daily driver perfectly well...
I fell in love with the Lusso when it launched, but at the time, was not in the market to buy one. Wish I had. I'm sure it would have become my new "daily-super" from then on, but I have to say I am not depressed to still be stacking miles on miles on my Aston DB9. I can live with it's quirks (after all, that's the charm), an equally I've been so happy with it that the problems I've had I've easily justified for the enjoyment of it. I think, in all, that the Lusso would have not REPLACED my Aston, but given me a bit of anxiety on "which one do I drive today?!" The only other modern-ish Ferrari I find myself searching for a clean example an lusting over is the Ferrari F12 tdf. I don't know why those as well weren't as popular....?
Your review changed my mind about the FF orGTC4 Lusso. I now like it. Not as much as the 458/488 or 612/599 or 550/575, but far far more than the California.

After watching this about 15x and all the FF vids, I finally bought a Lusso 😁💪 Thanks for making all these vids James, and making us think about cars we hadn’t considered before 👍
Same. V12?
@@Mike-sg9tl yep 👍🙏
Introduction alone is point blank clear. No questions asked. Ferrari for a small family!
got one and its a crazy thing to say but it makes you scream (inside) its the best car in the world
If i ever can afford one, i will buy it without thinking. I love this car 😍
I'm a motorcycle guy, I spend silly money on bikes, but this is my absolute dream car. Hope to have one soon!
I'd like to see the salesman's face when I want to trade in my 2014 Mazda!
He will be delighted, as long as you pay the balance.
It's the only Ferrari I would buy.
Tim's (shmee150) old FF was my perfect spec.
In my list of dream cars, this is right at the top with the Porsche Panamera Sport Turisimo. But, alas it will stay on a dream list as there is no way I can afford it.
My absolute dream machine. Sadly at 541 times more money than my £600 Peugeot 306 Cabriolet I will have to rely on RUclips to enjoy one!
Absolutely glorious. This is heavenly. Thank you.
Looks kind of like the 250 gto breadvan with rear seats
Ha! I said the exact same thing on the review by Shmee150 on the exact same car. I love this Lusso.
So surreal seeing you driving round my neighbourhood.. chobham, Scott's grove road, bedlam bridge. Normally only spot the odd maclaren.
Don’t doxx yourself buddy..
This is my favourite and dream car . Hoping to buy it as soon as I can. 🤩❤️
12:39 "Right - you hide in the trees and film me driving passed!"
We're you filming this "up Norf" by anychance? saw one of these the other day on the motorway in the same colour.
Nice to see you driving through my part of the world
"What does it look like?" A Vauxhall Signum. I do like those quad rear lights.
By coincidence, my neighbours son runs a successful lease company down here in Devon and turned up in one of these on Saturday. Same colour aswell.
Gtc4lusso is an answer to a question that nobody asked
Awesome review...thanks!
How many reviews have featured V12 FNE?
Bonkers prices on those options I’ll keep my 330GT 2+2 thanks
Having been in a V12 lusso I must say it can certainly put you in your seat but on the other hand happily take you to Waitrose. The braking in the car was one of the things that truly shocked me with how sharp and efficient it was.
Oh, Waitrose darling
great video guys! I liked it!! I am still shocked about the apple carplay though...
I know it is probably impossible to find one but I would love to see you review a tomikaira. I loved using the one in gran turismo 6
I don't think there's a better 4-seater car out there. The Ferrari V12 Lusso which i would love to own. Now's the time to buy as this i believe will be the last before the Ferrari SUV.
Mate the options breakdown absolutely kills this video, my eye glazed over and I had to skip forward.
*sad violin music plays*
What is the fuel consumption like in the V12? Also, what do journalists say about the V8T alternative?
I love the look almost as much as the bmw m coupe ❤️❤️😍😍
You can buy an Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio for the price of the extras which is an absolutely brilliant car, which has 4 seats, almost as fast and can be used as a daily driver perfectly well...
I love how Ferraris are the best of both worlds between a race car and a luxury car. The GTC4Lusso is an awesome car and I really want one.
This has got me looking at the classifieds
Find a nicely specced one at 150K and its winner winner chicken dinner.
3rd today..And the GTC4 Lusso is in 3rd place, behind Ferrari's sports cars/488, and GT Cars/Roma .... Nice car James thanks for your vid!
You got a nice taste for colourful shirts. Great video. Really a car to consider. 😊😊👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻
They seem well made for British roads. The uk is the 2nd biggest buyer of ferraris in the world after the US. !!!
I think, in all, that the Lusso would have not REPLACED my Aston, but given me a bit of anxiety on "which one do I drive today?!"
The only other modern-ish Ferrari I find myself searching for a clean example an lusting over is the Ferrari F12 tdf. I don't know why those as well weren't as popular....?
Ah good job you mentioned this James i was just on the way to purchase one for me and the misses.
5:30 you really have found the most glorious spot to present this lovely car 😂
I love the proportions of this car.
It is very nice and I've seen quite a few of them in my area, however I'd take a 612 over this all day.
@Trystelune I just love 90s and early 00s 'analogue' cars. And I cannot afford a new(ish) one.
Your review changed my mind about the FF orGTC4 Lusso. I now like it.
Not as much as the 458/488 or 612/599 or 550/575, but far far more than the California.
