I'll Wait For You FRANKIE AVALON (with lyrics)

Frankie Avalon was one of those US Fifties teen idols we really missed out on here in Britain, where he only scored four minor chart hits (compared with 24 US hits!) Here's a single from 1958. It was released as a b-side to "What Little Girl", but whereas the a-side peaked at a disappointing #78 on the Billboard chart, this side went all the way to #15 and was included in the Billboard Top 100 songs of 1958. (The girl in the video is Rachel Stevens of S Club 7 who I loved!)
