Great to hear Sam ! Met him early 90s was so cool. Was prob a multi millionaire then👍🏻 His views are great but a lot of people miss the point on the FED . They are the reason this markets been up since 2008. More a poni credit scheme. It’s great when interest rates are zero and you do not have to pay rent or mortgage 😂 then what’s next free money ? More free unemployment. It’s a socialist economy not a capitalism one so it’s easy to make money when you downside is limited
