Gorgeous! I wish RM would utilise matt finishes more widely for their bullion coins instead of just the proofs. Perth Mint manage to produce high quality bullion coins that integrate both matt and shiny finishes in their designs - why not RM?
Never collected The Queen’s Beasts series, but I absolutely love this final “all in one” coin (both Gold & Silver). Just may have to splurge for one (or two) of these beauties.
bought a 1oz 2017 Queens Beast Red Dragon of Wales. Its appreciated $500 on premium alone. Paid $1,389 for it and now it's worth $2,600. Not selling. It's by far the most beautiful coin I have.
They have the 2oz version available now jm Bullion sold out I think Bullion exchange has them still available for around 60 something not including tax or shipping
The mintage for the silver is listed as unlimited. Do you know if that means they will do more runs this year, or was that it? Did they do multiple runs for the "unlimited" silver QB previous years? If there is no more chance, I will probably have to forego a precious metal one and go with the BU cupero-nickel verision. Love the design but can't handle that secondary market premium lol!
I have seen some of the gold proof with a flaw in the brackets around the beasts. Yours looks perfect. The Royal Mint facebook page said for sure there will be 2oz and 10oz silver bullion later in the year.
I wouldn't be surprised if they keep a few dozen extra just to handle any returns/exchanges issues that arise, to sell to coin museums, and maybe even use as diplomatic gifts.
Thank you, BYB, for bringing me some cheer at the end of a miserable day. The gold Completer coins are stunning. And the price staggering lol. 2300+ quid for 1-oz proof is about a thousand more than the bullion version you've shown. But well worth it, I'd say. You'll tell us the grading results, won't you? Definitely liked 👍
Great video as always. Beautiful coins and yes possibly one of the nicest ever made imo. I 100% support you defense of our queen and her portrait on it makes the coin even better! The proof looks fantastic. I went with two bullion instead 🙂
From an American to a Brit I believe the “Queens Beast” series (Gold and Silver) coins are spectacular and will end up being one of the most popular coins to American collectors going forward.
BYB, it would be great to see a video about how these do post grading. It would be great to understand the process, results, timelines, value add achieved. I've never graded myself, mostly due to lack of knowledge but I can see the potential from value add.
Hey backyard bullion I can't seem to get into the silver forum to reserve a 2021 bar and boy are they sweet! Please get back to me so I know I have one reserved! Thank you so much! ✌🇮🇹🐎
Hey buddy, if you are having trouble registering or logging in email chris@thesilverforum.com alternatively, drop me an email on byb@backyardbullion.com and we can make sure to add you to the list and have contact details for you
I’m with you this was an amazing Completer. The order is in the design release which I think is fair. I like how the 1/4 gold griffin in bullion strike is harder to get
It's a nice coin, I just think it's pretty ridiculous whoever designed it (Jody Clark?) didn't remember the correct order the beasts were released in. The Griffin was second, not the Dragon! I have all 10 btw for the full collection.
I would definitely be getting a 10oz bullion version. But i think Royal Mint should consider a domed version! they brought out the Royal Albert Hall dome so why not experiment with this one. And i also think there is a Heraldic Beast possibility with stags and bears and more dragons than you shake a shaky sword at
I love the coins - couldn't get any of the gold proof coins, but love the 10oz silver proof - I agree with what you say, but as I've said to anyone who will listen, I wish TRM would have a schedule of releases a bit like The US Mint does - even if it has to be amended from time to time! 👍
Incredible design. Will join the 2014 Britannia as a nailed on modern classic, 100%. Jody Clark has done it again. The 2oz gold will be the holy grail. Tiny mintage of 100
Proofs are better quality strikes and are usually stuck multiple times to ensure the depth and quality of the finish is much better. You also tend to get higher detailed dies that are used to press the coin
I think your right about the Queens beast series! it's gonna be hard to beat, I mean I have a good idea of what they could do , but would they listen?... lol ... no chance ... like yourself , I missed out on all Una and the lion and three graces , couldn't get a single coin... gutted.. but in general I think the Mint's done a great job and they need to continue with low limits ... but make sure the quality improves on the silver especially .. good video .. fantastic coins.
Royal mint will probably deserve to be the king of the european coins soon enough. If the philharmonics are our Silver/Gold Eagles, I think the Royal Mint coins will be like our canadian maples, just crazy level of detail and quality!
What i find strange is you can have over 25k worth of household items, kettle, sofa, HD 34" screen ect ect. Your visitors would not bother with it, but you dare put 25k worth of gold coins out someone will kill you for it...
I'm sorry to disagree, but I'm kinda mad that they have these "completer" coins. Now the collection is . . . 11 coins??? So dumb! Why wasn't there a "table of contents" coin (up front) to show what was coming? It just seeems like a random afterthought - and the beasts are sooooo small it's not even attractive. This reminds me of the 2015 (Perth mint) Australia Kangaroo that was supposedly the "first year" but it was really just a special run of 300K for eBay (and Bay Precious Metals), but the legit series began the following year, 2016. That little game has left a bad taste in the mouth of all Kangaroo lovers. Well, to me, this "completer coin" is the same thing -- some b.s. attempt to hustle an extra edition.
No offense, but I just can't get myself to get anything with the queen on it. I would think in 2021 more people would be past the whole royalty thing, but I get it's national history I guess.
Not just saying this but, I really do think the silver still looks better. You are Balling with the gold ✨👌💛

gorgeous proof version love the detail, thank you for showing your collection and great vids!
Just next level detail, Jody and his team have done an incredible job
Love them all! I'm going to start saving now for the 10oz silver bullion :'D

If the RM releases a 1 or 2oz silver version, they will fly off the shelves. Can't wait!
They have the 2oz version available now jm Bullion sold out I think Bullion exchange has them still available for around 60 something not including tax or shipping
Proofs are stunning. Love the frosty look.
Stunning coins! Thank you for sharing & the heads up on Royal Mint postings. Take care -
Gorgeous coin's! Wow

Wow. That proof is a KILLER great coin.
I bought 3 of the gold bullion completers. I just see them going up in value.
From an American to a Brit I believe the “Queens Beast” series (Gold and Silver) coins are spectacular and will end up being one of the most popular coins to American collectors going forward.
Could you predict the future market price of 2 oz silver proof coin of the Queen’s beasts?
Hard to say, but I think it will go up over time.
BYB, it would be great to see a video about how these do post grading. It would be great to understand the process, results, timelines, value add achieved. I've never graded myself, mostly due to lack of knowledge but I can see the potential from value add.
Gorgeous packaging and product. Nicely done. Have to have it.
Is the 2021 10z platinum Britannia to hard to have a hologram safety feacher on on it ?
how did you get the proof version? Do you just have to be first or?
Thanks for the showing

What's the differnce b/w gold proof coin & gold bullion coin?
One of most beautiful coin in the world
It sure is!
Thx for sharing great video and enjoyed 👍 beautiful coins 😀

Does this go up in value ? And are there any issue with taxes when selling or anything ?
I'm sure it will go up in value - I cannot see why there would be any issues with tax either
Have previous ones gone up in value ?
This is the first issue like this, other coins have gone up though
@@BackyardBullion is this not going up?
I don't know what you are asking

Just pulled the trigger on the bullion, just wondering if the bullion will be limited like other Queens Beast coins.
seems like the queen will never “pop her clogs” 🤣🤣🤣🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🐉
I hope QE2 can last another 10 yrs.

Just bought the 1oz gold bullion completer last night.....trading paper for gold......no brainer!!
Would you devalue it massively if u made pendant out of one?
I was lucky enough to get 2 silver proof and 2 gold bullion. Pride of my stacks.
Another epic design by the Royal Mint.
Hey are these the same size as a maple leaf or more like a American Buffalo or eagle ?
Pretty much the same size, yes.
How many of the bullion gold completor coin minted?
What is the difference between a proof coin and a bullion coin?
Proofs are better quality strikes and are usually stuck multiple times to ensure the depth and quality of the finish is much better. You also tend to get higher detailed dies that are used to press the coin
@@BackyardBullion I see, thank you.
Does royal mint deliver to the US, i would loved to have the 1oz proof silver. Cant afford the gold
They are absolutely beautiful coins... I wish I was able to get them...
Lovely design. Better than the Griffin?
I think your right about the Queens beast series! it's gonna be hard to beat, I mean I have a good idea of what they could do , but would they listen?... lol ... no chance ... like yourself , I missed out on all Una and the lion and three graces , couldn't get a single coin... gutted.. but in general I think the Mint's done a great job and they need to continue with low limits ... but make sure the quality improves on the silver especially .. good video .. fantastic coins.
Awesome. Still waiting on my gold BU. Too bad they didn't do a platinum version those bastards

Best video comparison 👌
Thankyou for sharing 😊
My pleasure 😊
@@BackyardBullion I'm from vienna Austria, can i order directly to uk mint? Is it possible?
freaking awesome love them!
Got some 1oz gold bullion on order a total no brainer.
Absolutely gorgeous looking coins, i missed out, cash poor..
Cowboyyyyyyyyyyy gold and silver 👍
Thanks for the video.........
4:12 THE RIGHT ONE (BULLION) LOOKS WAY BETTER...
Those are 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I would love to see your sovern and history coin collection you talked you have on last stream
Cheers brother
Does anyone know wye there has been a very large shortage of blister packs in gold ? seem to have been very unattainable for a long time now .
👍 thanks
No problem 👍
Someones getting ready to protect his purchase power and buying (real money) with his fiat currency, well done you stacking now my man 💪💪💪
Moneta super...video ottimo.
For me it has to have been the Victorian Gothic Florin. I can't look at anything else as the best coin ever, although the QB look very nice.
Very very nice 👀👍👍👍
Jody Clark is the W. Wyon of the 21st Century.
I think you are right there my friend!
Great coin to end out the series. Want more but metal prices rising.
COOL BYB WHEN YOUR DONE SEND THOSE TO ME, I WANNA SEE THEN I'LL SEND IT BACK
wow 2315 pound for Proof? i saw a price of 3495 pound, also 3995 !
I love it. Beautiful coins 🤩🤩🤩🤩👃🏻🍻

I'm 'low brow'... prefer the bullion version.
Why does it say 100 pounds..when it costs like £1.3k
3:49 mmmmm
First!
Not worth £2300 per OZ!! Bonkers to pay that.
Not when they are retailing for over £3500/Oz right now
Royal mint always have scratches on the gold coins, so No thanks.
Well, that's just not true by my experience
@@BackyardBullion i have 6 and all with small errors.
Bullion or proofs? I would send back every proof that is not perfect
@@BackyardBullion both. I am done with Rm, only Perth mint and others now.
