fun fact: a major reason this episode has the scale that is does with the whole army fight idea is because MORØ decided "hey what if i just animated the whole thing" if he didn't volunteer Bowser VS Eggman most likely would have been much smaller in scope

The greatest decision by the Death Battle team was hiring MORØ to help animate some of their fight animations for them because we get awesome shit like the war in this video

One thing I noticed on a rewatch was that the Death Egg Robot was a combination of the Movie and Game version. It had the overall build of the movie whilst having the hands and color scheme of the games.
Mor∅ did a phenomenal job with the animation, and Brandon Yates KILLED it with the music. They got Victor Borba (the vocalist for Vergil's theme, Bury The Light, to sing it)
I love how across every reaction, they agree this is one of the best DBs to date - and then get utterly confused by what the next DB will be at the end
If i had to say, this isnt exactly an army battle like wily vs eggman cause their hardly the focus of the match itself, this is more like a battle between families!
Does explain why bowser wins Bowser, kamek, Jr, king boo and the entire troop support eachother. They're all together in their conquest and back eachother up like a real family Eggman however doesn't support them. Throughout the fight he's constantly running while metal and the other bots fight. He's flying backwards in the dragoon (which in of itself is being piloted by a fake), he doesn't actually enter the fight until metal seemingly knocked out bowser, he takes a step back back when confronted by fury bowser, and he immediately runs away while sage uses the death egg (edit: he also leaves his army to take the death egg laser while he runs away) Eggman stands behind his "family", Bowser stands with his family
I honestly don’t think Luigi’s Mansion King Boo should’ve counted, but I think this is the only time we will see him + it’s weird concerning his identity so who’s to say
i think If Sage hacked some of the other eggman final bosses like Nega wisp armor and uses the power of wisp to support eggman and crew and if eggman had also brought his death egg robot army stuff would had been cooler in an all out form, also cool they talked about nightmare eggman because his design his really cool which that reminds me why didnt they use the dream orb in this?
@HolyRattus he's nothing but bones, power of friendship didn't let him live. If Joker would have been turned to bones pretty sure people would be in an uproar saying that it doesn't make sense. But again I did say "I'd" still give Eggman the win, that's just me personally. I didn't say he should have won.
Bowser can become dry bowser using a Potion if he wants, it’s not him being dead he’s just lost his fleshy form Afterall he can just recover from it later
