Just for information, a Weber Kettl grill always needs air supply from below, completely closed at the bottom, doesn't work

My Napoleon is a nice grill. BUT I HAVE A TERRIBLE TIME CONTROLLING THE HEAT. VERY HARD TO KEEP A SLOW AND LOW. EVEN WITH ALL VENTS SHUT ,IT STILL RUNS HOT. Even with small amounts of lump charcol.
Try using briquettes on 1 side or snake method and add an aluminium drip tray filled with hot water on the charcoal grate.
Correct! I don‘t use the Napoleon any more for slow cooks!

Good video but new to who ? I was expecting a 😇moment until you said foil boat method, that’s all over the RUclips space. You are usually ahead of the curve but not on this one. Keep up the great videos thou and get back in front👍🏽👍🏽. Try a foil boat on a rack so it doesn’t boil the meat ( brisket rack and all in the foil boat) to see what happens might be interesting?
