During that time i paid fees at both universities so i felt anxiety and depression. Now what is the chance of interview for me. Please give your suggestions. and got visa for second university but after deadline of enrolment so they gave me july offer letter and my visa was February. There is a clear preference for Chinese because they have money and the PR is a very long & distant dream which most likely will never come to fruition. No country will give 100% PR's to only Indians. There are South Americans, Europeans, Africans, East asians. So, out of 100 applications, maybe 10 PR's for Indians.
