São Paulo (Brazil), March 5, 2023.
Autocracies and dictatorships are dumb systems with no legitimacy.
According to Peter Drucker, being efficient is doing things right (doing things correctly); and being effective is doing the right things (doing those things that lead to the achievement of desired goals).
For example, we are being efficient and effective when we drive correctly on the right road that will take us to the desired destination.
And how can we know, moment by moment, whether we are being efficient and effective? Very simple: examining, at every moment, the feedback we receive. In the case of the road, the feedback groups are the signals along the road and the signals that the instruments in our car give us.
Our intelligence, as individuals and as a species, is directly proportional to our ability to be efficient and effective in solving the problems that afflict us.
Dictatorial and autocratic governments not only ignore feedback but prohibit citizens from providing it, punishing those who dare to do so. Therefore, they are dumb systems, causing serious problems, as history has shown.
And precisely because they are dumb systems that impose themselves on citizens to exploit these citizens, autocracies and dictatorships have no legitimacy.
And they get to be vampiric: the Putin regime, in order to maintain itself, continually needs the blood of the young people it throws into the carnage of war.
    Prof. Alvaro C. G. Gemignani
São Paulo (Brazil), February 17, 2023.
SOME RESULTS ACHIEVED BY THE PUTIN REGIME IN ITS HYBRID WAR AGAINST DEMOCRACIES SINCE 2014.
Hybrid warfare is a concerted effort to exploit vulnerable sectors of a nation.
Normally, it is carried out with a focus on economic, psychological, military and political segments related to the enemy in question.
Considered an unconventional war, hybrid warfare works through infiltrators. They explore the chosen territory and destabilize governments internally, according to local characteristics and detected weaknesses.
Cybernetic espionage carried out by large intelligence agencies has been used in this sense. There are often invasions of e-mails, cell phones and databases of private and state companies.
Weaknesses can relate to a myriad of issues, depending on the country. Hybrid warfare can use identity issues to achieve its goal. Based on themes such as gender, sex, religion, ethnicity, age, among others related to personal identity, frictions are created. In this way, through new high-reach media technologies, riots and rebellions against government forces are stimulated.
For example, if a nation is known to have a past marked by separatism, territorial struggles, social inequality or historical conflicts, unconventional war acts to create serious disturbances and, with that, strike its DEMOCRACY.
In 2014, unhappy with the desire of most Ukrainians to move closer to the European Union, the Russian Federation, led by the Putin regime, began its hostilities against Ukraine, promoting secession in it and, shortly afterwards, annexing Crimea.
On March 18, 2014, the Putin regime and Crimea signed a treaty on Crimea's "accession" to the Russian Federation, but then the United Nations General Assembly voted in favor of a declaration opposing the annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation.
To summarize, the election of the demagogue Donald Trump, BREXIT and the strengthening of separatists in some European countries were also results obtained by the Putin regime aimed at weakening DEMOCRACIES.
But Putin's regime is now facing a HEROIC PEOPLE, the UKRAINIAN PEOPLE, who seem capable of defeat Putin, the Hitler of this century.
All of the above has already been widely discussed by the main media outlets in democratic countries.
    Prof. Alvaro C. G. Gemignani

      Henry is correct.
      Ignore what Trump says.
      Look what he actually does.
Anyway, another 4 years like the last 4 years and the U.S. won't be able to help itself let alone anyone else.
Trump loses, within 4 years, nearly all manufacturing in the U.S. ends.
The automakers have been preparing to move all production outside the U.S.. farm & heavy equipment manufacturers were planning to do the same.
The U.S. couldn't give Ukraine anything until it imported it from elsewhere first. Unless elsewhere placed sanctions on the U.S. and refuse to give it.
Regardless. If all the manufacturers leave, the U.S. will become an impoverished 3rd world country quite soon.
No one would purchase U.S. government bonds and printing more money would be valueless toilet paper.

. (5:15) If Zelensky talked about a nuclear bomb, Ukraine will have to be ready and if NATO does not make such an invitation, it will have to do a test by exploding this bomb as proof and show the signatories of the Budapest Memorandum that they are serious.
. The Ukrainians know that if they place the atomic bomb on the chessboard of war, they will have to have the bomb ready or almost ready or they will no longer be able to build this weapon. The Iranian nuclear program began in 1950 and despite Iran threatening to build the atomic bomb, it has not been successful to this day because it suffers an international boycott and destruction of its atomic facilities

Interesting, isn't it? The US and it's friends are "allowed" to have whatever nukes they want, but when any non-NATO or other nation seeks to even the odds, suddenly they're sanctioned almost to the point of national collapse. After all, we can't allow non-American nations to lead a life that isn't entirely dictated by American oligarchs, can we?

There was some reason for concern, earlier in the war, that Russia had left some of its armaments in Ukraine. Perhaps having lost track of them, or forgotten them, in storage there. Whether a nuclear weapon could have been "lost" in that way is an open question, but it is not impossible that Russia left something in one of its storage facilities there. Considering the long relationship between Ukraine and the USSR, and the situation of Ukraine on the border of NATO and Europe. One of the reasons, weaponry potentially still in storage, was one of the reasons for deep concern as to the Russian resolve to take the salt mines at what seemed near to any cost. The possibility of something having been left there prior to Ukraine independence and not recovered by the Russians being a real possibility. Russia has never been as good as the Western powers tend to be at keeping track of its things.

Henry, enjoy your reports. More Americans-especially younger ones-accept not everyone shares Americans values, and thats ok. The will of the people is America's version of democracy, also institutions with transparent processes, and rewards for individual drive and ambition. The ~50% of voters who support Trump now, believe (among other things ) that American "interference" isn't wanted anymore, nor is it appreciated. Just a few thoughts....

There are far fewer actual drumpf VOTERS than 50%. And that number is shrinking every day. No one is joining maga now, which happened years ago, but there are many people waking up and leaving the maga cult. All we have to do is get all the newly registered voters, which happened when Harris was announced to be the candidate, to actually vote. Shouldn't be a problem, since people seem to be highly motivated to vote blue and take our country back from the fascists.

VictorBonello: "Who is now threatening and blackmailing?" - So far, it is only Russia that threatens others with its nuclear weapons. If Ukraine had kept its nuclear weapons and not given them away, Russia would never have attacked Ukraine.
"Russia must clear all threats to its internal security" - The best thing Russia can do to protect its internal security is to leave other countries alone. By starting fights with others, you make enemies.

    • @VictorBonello
      @VictorBonello 23 часа назад

@LasseEklof amazing how ill informed or simply comical you are.
Russia has only warned that it would use anything in its power to safe guard it's territory and national security.
It is open talk that the West led by the terrorist US want to break up Russia so they can pilfer its resources.
Try to get your ideas straight .
As for Zelensky and his threats, this gives Russia so much more reason to eliminate totally this treat to its internal security.

    • @VictorBonello
      @VictorBonello 13 часов назад

@LasseEklof Ukraine had nothing, those nuclear belonged to the Soviet Union not Ukraine.
Russia has not threatened, it has warned that should the West try to dissect and break up Russian territory, which is their idea using Ukraine, Russia shall defend itself with whatever they have.
You call that a threat? A 2 year old does the same, if you pester him he will bite. It is natural, not a threat. But you must be Scandinavian, the people who are bored living in peace and so have prostituted themselves to NATO.
