I myself am a chef but I never even knew that Water fryers existed and I have still have no idea what Rokusuke is or what it does in helping boil the udon. I am going to japan in a few months, this place might be a detour that I have to make some time for even though I only planned on staying in the Tokyo area
Does anyone know what the net he puts the rice in is? i cook a lot of rice for sushi or onigiri, always on the stove, maybe this will help it not sticking as much to the bottom of the pot Thanks!
