Brother i think there is another village in Aghunato are where sumi and sangtam live together and they go to same church as well, they speak sangtam and sumi as well. Explore that place you will love it.
We Phom also hv same like, name of village is called Tumlu but an inhabitants two tribes in one range that is Phom and Konyak.They are lives peaceful and unity. This village was created by God unique and good environment besides, handsome and beautiful peoples collectively are settle there.

That village is among the larger ones in Nagaland and appears to be a well-developed and prosperous community. It is united, with only one church, creating a strong sense of togetherness. Comparatively, our Longkhum village, situated on top of a mountain, has around 450 households under the same jurisdiction, excluding Alichen. Within this jurisdiction, there are four churches: two in Longkhum village itself and two in Alichen, representing both Baptist and Revival denominations. This is just a small piece of knowledge about us that I wanted to share respectfully. Wish you all a happy New year 😁👍

In the past i take pride and appreciate this unique system but now i feel embarrassment to be honest because the sumi's are leaving their culture and started using and taking angami culture(eg traditional clothes) language etc.i want to request gariphema sumis that one's identity is language and culture so preserve it ...if you lost culture and language your blood alone wont say much!

The Village belong to Northern Angami Area, 450 household as 2011 census and 1600 populations Angami have abit more populations than Sumi...
