yes, you could have put the transparency of the head to max, but in Roblox, a fully transparent head would make your username and healthbar on your avatar invisible, And its easier to just make the mesh very small rather than have a new script that detects if a specific head is being used to make an avatar headless

This is similar to how in Team Fortress 2 when someone gets beheaded their head doesn’t actually come off, it just gets shrunk really small and spawns a head gib.

It can't be headless. The head is attached to the HumanoidRootPart, so if that is removed it would just kill the player.
It's attached to the Torso, as the torso contains the Neck Motor6D, Part0=Torso Part1=Head
