This is a seafood stew made with shrimp, oysters, and shellfish that were left here and there at home
Seafood tomato stew -
.Add shrimp and Hungarian lobster, add minimal water, and boil to make broth
(If you have crab or other seafood at home, add them at this time to make a rich broth)
.Fry sliced garlic in a pan with olive oil, add spicy peperoncino, and when the spicy aroma comes out, add onion, carrot, and celery and stir-fry (the amount of vegetables is up to your taste)
.If you have white wine, lightly pour it in, then add tomato sauce (I used 2/3 can) and boil
Add bay leaves, thyme, etc., and boil together
Pour the seafood broth (warm, total 300ml) prepared at the beginning little by little and boil until it boils
Season with salt and pepper, and if you want more spiciness, add a little red pepper powder.
. Add the shrimp, oysters, and Hungarian squid to the rich broth and you're done!
. Turn off the heat and sprinkle lemon juice for a refreshing taste.
