hi, thank you for the video, I have a question if you dont mind, in my case i am using another tank for rinser drain, with waste accumulation, within a day i start to smell milk odors, how to get rid of the odor? without the need of frequently emptying the drain tank or using chemical solutions. can a drain u-tube solve it (drain smell trap)? also how can i drain to a tank while it is completely sealed off ? (to prevent smells and odors). thank you again
I use PTFE tape rated for steam (Thicker) where needed. In this instance at the accumulator fittings and plastic to plastic threads on the pressure regulators.
I bought the tank with pump but my tank does not fill up with water. when installing and on/off ball valve and opening it water flows good. Once I close it, pump seems like goes into overdrive and does not fill up my tank...I shake it and don't feel any water in there. Help??
@@Caffewerks I bought the "Caffewerks 1 GPM W/ 2 Gallon Tank Water Pump System" I checked the pressure inside the tank with a bike pump and was getting around 25 or so psi empty which it came with from you guys. Am I doing something wrong? when the valve in is turned off( which I installed on the outflow because I want to connect it to my espresso machine) I don't see any water getting pumped out of my 7 gallon water reservoir, until I open valve then I get a nice flow of water and its bypassing the 2 gallon tank?
vik kash water will only flow when the valve is open of course. The tank does not hold a full two gallons. The pressure is correct for your system. I would recommend making sure all lines are pushed into the fittings firmly especially the in coming line from the tank to pump. Also for quicker service please email info@caffewerks.com
Has anyone made a coffee cart business and done all the work themselves and been approved by their health department? Any suggestions as to how to get your electrical and water system approved by the health department when doing the work yourself?
We would love to help you out with this Cassie! You can find a consulting link on our website, we have built carts, and walked 100s though the process of what you need to do to get up and running!
Could this be used in conjunction with a tankless water heater for a sink?
Absolutely!

For a mobile system, you should be draining and rinsing your waste tanks every day.
Thanks for the video! Are you using Teflon tape for the threads?

What size tank are you trying to fill? What pump is it?
