i don't want to alarm you but this will sound ... hurtful ... but this game's ?math? is done by people in europe. they like to solve percents with a very dumb tactic of modifier math and not base gain math. here is a example. this mod or item ( mod with a dead fish as an icon) gives you 1000% crit rate on you fist and rocket launcher atks. the base crit chance on fist is 0 and 1 on the launcher, this mean your fist never crits and the launcher has a new crit rate of 11%. thanks i hate it.
