  • Fruit Pizza | Oat Crust
    A simple, healthy, delicious and EASY fruit pizza. Using oats to form a crust, topped with vegan vanilla yogurt and fresh fruit.
    Ingredients
    2 cups of old fashioned oats
    3/4 cup flour
    3 tbsp melted vegan butter
    3/4 cup maple syrup
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp salt
    2 cups vanilla flavored vegan friendly yogurt
    Strawberries, blueberries, or whatever fruit you’d like
    Directions
    Preheat oven to 350
    In a medium bowl add your oats, flour, cinnamon and salt
    Mix well
    Add you maple syrup, melted butter and vanilla
    Mix well
    Place into greased spring pan
    Press to the bottom to form your crust
    Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes
    Remove and let cool completely (You can place in the fridge to speed up process)
    Once cooled, remove spring pan
    Spread top of cooled oat crust evenly with your yogurt
    Top with fruit
    Serve and enjoy
