I feel so much more connected, intuitive, energized, mindful and grateful for everthing in my life. This affirms all the days i would sit alone sipping on hot cocoa ❤ it has always been my drink to go it makes me feel good (without sugar just raw cocoa powder)
CACAO!!! :) Thanks Ebonie, this is a beautiful video. I'm waiting for my first ceremonial cacao to come in the mail. I'm excited to try it, it's been pulling me towards it for awhile now. Another way I like cacao is to eat a mixture of blueberries, cacao nibs topped with nut butter. Yummmm!
Thank you Ebonie! A friend just told me about this and I’ve been meaning to try it. The type I’ve been able to find is a ground bean, so I need to look for this type for sure! With the ground brand she said to use a French press. That looks delicious and the ritual is very nice. Thank you for sharing it!

Where did you get that cranking cloth behind you? ME LIKES! I just took in a FAT ball(at least the size a pool ball) of (all organic)raw cacao powder, fresh mint, cinnamon, coconut oil, cayenne pepper, and honey. I ate the whole ball along with two large glasses of spring water...I'm hoping to feel excellent very soon!
