Spot on. I have been a lead, done training, mentor others but I don’t wish to be a supervisor, etc. I have a few hobbies outside my career. I do feel lost if I don’t.
This is explaining my self. I keep moving forward and somehow, when I do something I always ended up being a leader. I don't want but yeah it always happend.
