Nice video, I don't have steady hands so I would be very afraid of making mistakes with handling the disk and the scissors.
Funny coincidence, a friend was just telling me about "paper guillotines", which have a bed where you align the disk, and then bring the blade down. Haven't tried one yet, but on the face of it, these look like really neat tools for this purpose :D
