People use modern recording gear to emulate old school. Lewis uses old school to get the old school sound. Brilliant.

Nice to see a picture of "RICO" what a Legend may he rest in peace. I can honestly say you bring a fresh new and enthusiastic approach to your music which benefits all of us who love to watch and listen to the varied styles you perform, for sure you won't get labelled or pigeon holed which is all good.
I heard this group by sheer accident a number of years ago, and went to see them in Ferndale, MI a few nights later. I'm so glad I got to watch a young band evolve,and am so impressed by them. When TanTan and the folks retire, I'm sure they'll show us a completely different way for these 3 siblings to interpret great music!
They're pretty lucky to be Siblings.
No matter what happens,

How bout y'all coming to play Riverbent concert series in Chattanooga, TN?
These guys are smart recording with the old manual equipment because it shows that listening to and learning from the old soul or Motown 60's stuff isn't enough for them. They also want to know how old music was recorded so they can find their own sound while not depending on some record label doing it for them! Record companies want artists to sound like the mainstream garbage on the airwaves. Then from there the artists have no control over how they want to sound!

I did see "Signed" when you first put it out. My reaction was that you'd been taken over by somebody new. The production was so different. Love what you do. Love this new effort too. It was great. But still waiting for that JJ cover though.
