      @@Oklahoma-Dreaming How awful it must have been to see someone supporting their significant other for an average of 30 seconds per 3 hour game. She has zero control of the cameras. All she got from those 30 seconds is massive hate from dads, Brad's and Chad's such as yourself. Supporting her boyfriend actually hurt her. In addition to all the hate(for no reason) it also overexposed her. She was already talked about non stop because of her history making tour and the impact financially on each city she performed at.

    100% better officiating at this game than at several of the playoff games, where the winner was literally decided by a bad call or no-call

    I'm a lifelong Chiefs fan. I really don't care what the letter of the rule says for the purposes of this comment. Kyle Juszczyk's catch was a catch by any rational argument. What happened to the days of "the ground can't cause a fumble"? That makes sense. We give a guy a TD for points if a single micron of the ball crosses the plane of the end and can be instantly dropped after that. But catching it IN the end zone bring a laundry list of extras the receiver must meet. It's a damn catch. He had full control. There is no doubt or argument otherwise. They need to simplify the rule on this. It was a hell of an effort and he didn't lose it until the ground. Reward players for good plays. This was one. I think they got it right. I have no problem with it as long as it's called like this consistently. This x number of steps and a "football move"? What the f is a football move. Solid posession, no bobble, catch. As soon as 2 feet hit the ground, catch. Does a guy going out of bounds make a "football move" as he taps his toes at the back of the end zone? GTFOOH! Rant complete.

  • @Jonesocinco
    @Jonesocinco 6 месяцев назад

    The problem with the NFL officiating is there's no consistency. Call it or don't call it the same all year. Don't change your rules based on the size of the game or the score or the time left in the game. If you're gonna "let em play" then call the game that way all year or change the rules.

    Well, and there was that Bill Vidovich call of intentional grounding on Patrick Mahomes with the tight end (I think it was Watson) coming back to the ball and clearly within a reasonable distance to be considered in the area. Horrible call.

      As a more 49ers fan (Go, Joe Montana) than Chiefs fan, I say, so what? You play the game with the rules as they are, not how they used to be. Besides, different rules would mean different strategy. For all you know, the Niners might have gone 3 and out at the start of the drive under the old rules because the Chiefs might have run a different defense strategy.
