Before the word cup I had no faith in the team and I was disappointed. But the way India performed in the world cup absolutely surprised me. India played the type of cricket which I haven't seen them play from a very long time. This was close to being as dominant as Australia were in the previous era. However, the fear of failure got to the team in final. Also my respect for Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli grew after watching how they played in the Word Cup. Australia were better on the day and even they had been playing good cricket. After a long time I did not feel disappointed when India lost the final, because the brand of cricket they played in the world cup was defined by Brave, aggressive and disciplined plays, which I saw after quite a long time. i felt bad when India lost in previous tournaments because India did not play the brand of cricket they were capable of playing. Australia won the final, but my respect for my team grew manyfolds, obviously the trophy would have been great but way India played the tournament, I am satisfied to the fullest.
We are always with our Team. Things didn't went well in the last game but no worries, it happens. We will again fight back 💪 Well played Rohit & Co. This is was the best performance of the Indian team in world cup.

You along with our cricket team unit the entire nation with one emotion and gave us believe like we can win world cup this year. You all played like champ in all the games, it's just the last game which bring us down. But keeping in mind how you build this team, specially with the young players, you already shown a path to them how we can win a world cup. Just keep your believe high champ. Lots of love to you and Indian cricket team 💙
Sport is cruel! Only one will win, which means another will suffer. I think, on the flip side, it teaches us to learn and move on from failures. In Cricket, India should try to eliminate corruption at the grass roots level (which is almost impossible, I think) and create a team that can play like the Australia of the 2000s or the West Indies of the 70s abd 80s. This will give a great joy to watch despite the result. Congratulations on the recent victory! ❤
No disrespect but you would never seen an Australian cricketer do this type of video. Aussies are ruthless when needed and if beaten just dust ourselves off and are better next time without this display of emotion. Sure it hurts but use it as motivation. Don’t show that you are hurting

I am proud of India but the team played completely against all known possibilities in the final. I don't mind India losing but It was odd and awkward to see such performance - apart from Rohit.
Truly feel for Rohit and the rest of the team. It took a combination of good strategy, mindset and a lot of luck going Australia's way to win that game. To think a team that good lost to an Australian team led by an ODI captain who had only captained for a handful of games is heartbreaking
All the people around the country feel the same champs❤, we were way better than every team in each and every game we have played but the last one. It happens in life, in cricket, in everywhere. But the memory you have given us is the real trophy. One day we all can share this story to our grand children that there was player who made 5 centuries in one edition of wc, made 600 runs in the next wc with a staggering strike rate of 140 and lead the team like a lion but still never won odi world cup. You will be remembered forever as a legend❤❤❤❤

Thanks Rohit for the captaincy and great game in the world cup. May be the day was not ours in the finals, but winning 10 matches in a row is itself a great feat. The next t20 WC and 2027 WC is going to be ours for sure.

Heard you Rohit. We can feel how tough it was for you, and for us, every Indian. You know better than any of us the cricketing reasons, and your constraints. Leave it behind, yes, move on in life. You've always kept your team ahead of you as a true leader. And, know it, you are the Champ, and you are in the heart of every Indian as a Champ. Magnificent performance of Team India led by you.
Ultimately the players find it most difficult to move on from such a tough situation. It is much easier for a fan to forget the loss.
Yeah...the player gets paid crores of money for losing the final, while us fans gain nothing watching and supporting in the final. Yep, player has it hard🤡🤡

I'm very disappointed from me that I spent many hours on tv for this team but after that I realise that I want this world cup for this man who is selfless and gave so many happiness to us but when I watched him with tear in his eyes It hurts me a lot more than my pain I feel really bad for him and everybody my friends said me look tumhara India har gya and I gave them reply that India is your country also but in end always their for support this Indian team ...❤jai hind 🇮🇳
The biggest pain was for me to watching his last push in batting powerplay in final, he played selfless knock in final too thinking the middle order got his back ☹️
Yes, we all are dissapointed for the world cup final but we also understand it was just a bad day for our team who played so dominantly throughout the World Cup. ❤ Hats off to Cap Hitman and his team for their Performance 🙌
Never felt sad for him before but after this Final loss felt really sad for him...Siraj was crying as well but really felt for Rohit this time...he gave his everything this time...Just like the Indian Women's captain Harmanpreet Kaur was literally stopping her tears after the Final loss against Australia....
You fought like a warrior in Wc 23 ❤
I'm completely satisfied by your performance...dishurt by final but it is part of this..stay shinning king👑
What went wrong was that they tried to be overthink and changed pitches for the ssemis and finals! If they just let it go as earlier planned we would have won! It's a lesson to all to not overthink
quite true. the pitch thing backfired as Ponting said. Batting was not fearless, except Rohit. KL Rahul and Surya, Shreyas did not play bold cricket when it mattered, while Aussies played grt cricket when it mattered!
Well tried!! Not at all denying, u silly head, that Ind failed on that day. To say chokers, it def stretched, but if that helps plz do.@@MaheshKrishnan-mh8dx

You and your team are perpetually embedded in my mind and thoughts. The fearless brand of cricket you played for over 7 weeks was amazing. Thanks for taking us through such a memorable journey of a lifetime.
It still hurts. I didn't know what to do after the finals. There was such a huge void.
I love you Sharmaji. Keep your head High. Never ever have I seen a team playing so selflessly.
We love you Rohit till infinity ❤️
And 6 months later they won t20wc❤🎉 You gave your best in that 2023 wc finals..80 runs in the first 10 overs was a perfect start on that bowling pitch.People say you didn't need to hit that shot as 10 runs already came in that over but that was your intent through out the whole tournament.I am sure if you knew that others will threw their wickets , you would have not taken suck risk. But all is well if the end is well..Virat and rohit both deserved this wc and yes not to forget Bumrah...That legend also deserved an icc trophy as he gave his all in 2023 wc still couldn't win.Siraj Miya literally cried on that final's loss..but at last he also lifted that trophy. The one man for whom i feel sad is Mohammad shami...Who has been playing for India since 2014 in every icc tournament..Taking injections just to play for the country and the team.He missed out on that t20 2024 wc, hope god has some better plan for him.( SORRY guys if its too long😊 )

Thank you Team! Thank you Captain! 🙌
We all Indians felt exactly same as you. Thanks for giving us lots of happy moments throughout the World Cup. We will surely win the World Cup. 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Well played! Proud of you captain RoHit❤

Rohit bhai... No need to justify.... You guys were truly amazing and I'll take memories of this world cup till my grave... Besttt ever
That day this man should play for him not to the team
Rohit Sharma. The best captain. Loved the way you lead from front. Respect & nothing else.
Great Rohit. It was not our day but we played great in the whole tournament 🔥🔥
1) Team should play in bowler friendly conditions
2) stop usage of social media like Dhoni, it helps in performing better without tension
"It was not just easy to move on💔"
Sport is cruel!
Happy to see him back. Looking forward to watch him and his team, on the field.
Please step aside and let the youngsters take over while they are at their prime. Think about the country first and not personal milestone
No disrespect but you would never seen an Australian cricketer do this type of video. Aussies are ruthless when needed and if beaten just dust ourselves off and are better next time without this display of emotion. Sure it hurts but use it as motivation. Don’t show that you are hurting

After almost a month he realised that he needs to do a self PR rather than coming to post match media conference .... And sent Rahul Dravid after the defeat in Finals.... King Kohli and MSD had guts to face the media....
