I just love Fairy, it's like sassy Acheron (same VA).
1:24:20 Thirens are basically any half human or animal character or animal people i guess. Lycaon, Ben, Nekomata and Ellen are all Thiren of different types, I'm assuming Soukaku (blue oni girl) is also a Thiren but not entirely sure

info on what you guys were talking about! after seeing gameplay from people picking the guy or the girl, i’ve come to notice that the personalities of the siblings is actually still consistent depending on who you choose. for a person who chose the girl over the guy, the brother still has a simple/calm demeanor but teasing character and vice versa the girl when not chosen still has a pretty confident/bright personality with a serious character! overall they’re still pretty similar. they’re both quite firm, smiley, and direct!

i absolutely adore this game despite its flaws.

I like that Section 6 helps in that final fight in the Hollow, so you get a preview of their animations and abilities. I do wish they would actually stay and fight like the NPC allies you get in some stages, so you can see more of the animations and in greater detail.
Don't have anything to comment on the story. It's a simple one I guess?
I chose Belle and I think regardless of who you picked, their personality stays pretty much the same. Like that some interactions are different tho.
The main story is good and all, but one thing I find very frustrating is that many features are strictly locked behind it. Like, I met the requirements for reputation rank-up (lvl.20 and data orbs) long ago, but the rank-up quest is locked behind Soldier 11's quest, which is locked behind 3-4 in-game days worth of side quests. By the time I got it, I was already lvl 25 with only first tier items. I know abt crafting, but it just felt like I'm wasting time by not being able to access better resources because I care and spend too much time on the story 😂
Then I'm told the second rank-up is after finishing ch.2?? Yeah, that's why I've given up on building chars for now and accepted that the game is stricter on halting your overall progression. It does hurt to be reminded that I can't properly build anyone to enjoy them more..

Hey guys I think you should turn challenge mode on, I've had it on since the start of the game and only used trial characters, had loads of fun with the fights especially the bosses!

I still got some story to go but the story is very fun, feels super different from the last 2 hoyo games, love all the kinds of characters
As for teams I usually go Amby Anton Grace for electric application, I learned yesterday that stun is SUPER useful tho
So I'm assuming it's the timing you were having trouble with with Koleda. The description says the 2nd and 4th hit, which can be hard to judge as she hits multiple times with each attack, so it actually means every 2nd and 4th button press. Moreover though, it's when she slams her hammer on the ground (2nd hit) and launches herself in the air (4th hit). That's when you trigger the EX Special. Also always team her with Ben if you do end up pulling her. Him appearing during her attacks isn't just an aesthetic choice, he boosts the damage and effectiveness of her skills, he can even take hits for her when he's on the field during her attacks.
i see no one mentioning it so: in the beta there was a whole other section where the siblings got to pass time with Fairy and she was a SAVAGE. x) I guess people complained it was "useless" bit and got removed. Such a shame people don't want to play story games for the actual story
