well whizbang is one way.
Get good at arena if you're not already, play arena at the beggining of every new expansion, and you can have lots of cards. A friend of mine does this and he has almost all the cards in the game. I personnaly don't do this because I dont have the time, but when I sometimes play arena, i must say it's pretty rewarding !
Use whizbang... the paladin deck is pretty much the same as the one in the video
