I feel so validated. I had the micro weddings idea since 2018. Instead it was for any event but the complete decor setup. I live in the Caribbean and most people want luxury and can't afford it. So my idea was an 'event in a box' for set fee that could be done at home or in the backyard. Lux decor for less.
Your ideas around credentialing are spot on and something I've been thinking a lot about. I think the other (potentially easier?) opportunity is in developing courses that maintain the certifications. For instance, CEUs or Continuing Education Units for those high profile, everyone in your industry knows about it type certifications that require...maintenance. Courses, webinars, IRL events, etc.

Take a look at the lostleblanc youtube channel. He bought some property and has vids describing the location, building a house, etc, and also did similar for a property he built in thailand. Build your audience through your content. Also, read the comments on his vids to get clues on how it has impacted the viewers and what you can learn from that.
