Always had respect for DAKAR riders , but I have found new respect for Lyndon . both as a competitor and a gentleman . He shows that you can be in the front and still have time for fans and fellow competitors . Well done Lyndon Poskitt on a awesome DAKAR 2018
Garth Andrews I guess you also must have the same type of respect for ISIS. Both ISIS and the Dakar Rally are famous for destroying ancient archeological finds.
Congratulations #racestoplaces! Yet (still) the best Dakar coverage this year. The organization ought to hire you, Dario and Uncle Rick for the creativity and human element you guys gave in the vlogs. Well done, Lyndon. Take us along again in 2019.
je suis triste maintenant. Je n'aurais plus mon rendez-vous quotidien : "les aventures de Lyndon". Merci beaucoup, j'ai retrouvé le plaisir de suivre le Dakar. Comme avant...
Congrats Lyndon.... You have single handedly brought the Dakar to people all over the world from a human perspective... and all of us motorcycle adventure riders love it...
Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you for all 20 Episodes! Lyndon, you changed my life, when I get up in the morning, I now "smile" and think of you...your smile is the best! Cheers!
Want to add my thanks to all the others. Easily the best coverage of the Dakar, you, Dario and Uncle Rick made us part of the event. I don't watch TV, its boring, but this had my wife asking for the 'next episode?' We looked for a new one every morning. Had me bothered when we had to wait for a couple of days, but it was worth the wait. Real congratulations, a masterful race and brilliant stuff in this episode 19. That looked hard-fought. Just thanks Man. Les
Lyndon , Glad you made it in one piece bugger. Thanks for opening Dakar's doors too the people who are not privileged enough to be there in person. While you were toughing it out in South America i ran through the Races2Places in total. You guys rock.
Doing my bike test tomorrow, you have spurred me on to achieve a dream . Thank you and a massive congratulations to you and your team Mr Poskitt.. Be Proud . 🍾
You should do a master class on folding those awkward bloody tents ,congrats on your second place ,well done to the media crew for putting together excellent coverage, a real eye opener .
Absolutely loved seeing you riding with #25 at the end. I was smiling ear to ear. Thank you for sharing all your hard work with us, and a well deserving reward at the end. Cheers
)Been watching this whole series again during Dakar 2021 and it remains the best coverage ever by far. Hands down streaks ahead of the big budget mini insight we're getting this year. So hope you do it again Lyndon :-)
Congratulations Lyndon, I think you’ve proven to us all that you that you can not only finish the toughest race in the world practically unaided but ALSO find the time to document your journey whilst the others are getting their sleep too. I desperately hope that your outstanding performance will attract the attention of one of the factory teams for next year, who knows what you could achieve then? My money is on a top ten place in 2019! 🇬🇧👍
This is like when your favorite TV show ends. You're so emotionally invested and the characters so thoroughly endeared themselves to you that you don't know what you're going to do. It's going to be a long year til the next Dakar.
Have added the ride from home to wherever the Dakar Rally starts, and following it in person, to my bucket list. Time to start overhauling the 950 and getting out the maps and decision matrix! Thanks Lyndon for the inspiration to ride, explore, revel in new places and people, to love life, and shunt fear and the negative voice to the side.
Congratulations Lyndon, Dario and uncle Rick, it’s been brilliant being with you all the way, well done and see you again sometime soon. Look forward to getting my RtP Poskitt Racing Dakar 2018 T shirt and wearing it proudly, for your accomplishment of 3 Dakar finishes. Superb job Lyndon.
Hello Lyndon and team! - I had to comment at least on this video that I enjoyed EVERY moment of your Dakar episodes, including the "Malle Moto" one! - what a great way, for a change, to document your adventure, after your world trip and last year's Dakar! - I guess I'm one more ot those so called motorcycle "aficionados", great lover of travel adventures too, although never used to compete for real with a bike... I actually live on a great region for motorcycle touring, the Algarve province! :-) it's in the south of Portugal, iberian peninsula, for those who don't know... I also work in tourism and had TV experience on a station in Macau during 6 years in the south of China, during the portuguese administration, so i appreciated the natural way you filmed the episodes, very professional. But I really have to CLAP MY HANDS LOUDLY for your effort a share it with my biker friends! - no wonder you had, and keep having such an acceptance and friendly welcome by the public along the road, you're a natural, Lyndon! You also have great companions as well in your team, I must say - and by the way, a beautifull a surely understanding girlfriend, loved the romantic side of those shots, carefully chosen, nice... :-) Well, you all feel free to visit us in Silves (Algarve) one day, ok? I'm normally easy to find, I work on the local town hall tourist office, after all... Or ask for Miguel Amaral, the guy from Carvoeiro beach who lived in Macau and rides a 1981 GSX Suzuki! :-)
Lyndon...This by far the best ever coverage of any dakar edition I have ever seen. Congratulations! You're a great sport, Monster rider and mechanic....keep this thing going!
Awesome work Lyndon, massive props to Dario and Uncle Rick too. You've totally changed the game this year. The ASO and broadcasters will surely have seen your work and I can imagine they'll change they way they broadcast the event in future. We learnt more from your videos than i have in 10 years of watching it on Eurosport. Cant wait to see what the future holds for Races to Places. Bravo.

Congratulations to all involved and lets hope many more sponsors see the value in supporting such a great ambassador to riding (I have actually approached a number of business's to make them aware of your work personally, including even your lucky tradies undies makers lol) .All the best from Australia mate and look forward to seeing you back enjoying your travels.
