Good question about language and I would recommend that you use the language of the clients you want to work with and attract and also the language they are primarily using on LinkedIn. I have a couple international clients and we always test out a few posts that are the same and upload them over the course of a month to see which of the two same posts in different languages perform and bring in clients or leads.
Great question... I think because company pages can have multiple admins and we are directed to see who is listing themselves as the owner by their Title on LinkedIn. When we put the LinkedIn Company page in the personal profile experience section you can either disclose or not if you are the owner.

I am currently working on a campaign to officially announce our new company and wanted to do that via a LinkedIn announcement and profiling of each of our new employees (1-2 a week). Changing the banner image and making it so that each new employee could use it as their personal profile image when they are featured would be a great way to generate some organic awareness.
