1.MMDscale is ten times bigger than Blender‘s normal scale, the physics can only bake properly in this scale.When you scale down IT WILL Jiggle OR CRASH.Is a big problem when you want to lighting your model in a titan scale. 2. MMD bone's property is different to Blender's Bone system. When you import your Motion into the model will jiggle or worst, not working. SO You have to adjust the IK/FK option in mmd tools, or in worst case scenario,bake a .abc file instead. 3.1The Baking is base on the Blender's rigid body physics systems. I can bake crash, But will get a very bad result in clothing physics. 3.2Using cloth sim can solve the rigid body's result but it is very very very very very slow. 4.Some model due to some WTF reasons It can't work in Blender. Blender can not fix it's MMD bone system or it's UV. So You have to find a tool call MMD bridge to bake the dance into an .abc file then import to Blender in order to fix this problem.

If you select the armature go to pose mode, press F3, you can "bake the animation" to export it as an NLA clip to Unity and use it as trigger action in Vtuber worlds :)
When I've exported the motion to my Albedo model and tried the animation; he started randomly moving around the place, with his legs weirdly bent upward. His arms were moving normally, but his legs stayed that way...it was pretty funny, but not what I wanted XD Someone knows how to fix it? (this symbol is an approximation of his legs bend:) ︺

select the chest area, go to the shader editor. Select the "principled material", find the "alpha" slider (it's at the bottom). It is shown at 0, slide it to 1.

I wanted to hand key animate these genshin models by re-rigging it with auto rig pro, but importing the models already have an armature setup so I'm not sure what to delete especially if I want to keep the shape keys. Any advice for best practices on how to do this?
There should be blend shapes in the object's properties. The blendshapes are all a "squared" name, because they are in Chinese. Play with the slider and see what they do. Double click to rename them

This might be an alternative way to animating using blender, cuz I had difficulties using Miku miku dance.

Import, go to pose model, and animate. You can also "tag the rig" to Autorig pro.
