I just bought a couple scarves so I can cover my hair on days when it’s looking dirty or messy. (I have been using bandanas but they’re so small, it’s such a pain trying to get all my hair covered!) Your video really helped me because of your pin struggles. I haven’t seen a video yet that actually shows how to pin, so seeing you try different things really helped me figure out what should be happening. Thank you!

I got the lil magnets instead of pins. Solid hold, no holes, looks like a small button if it’s showing, cute as a button. I will definitely try the no-pin wrap style. Thanks for sharing

Sure! I have never been but I’m sure you just have to be dressed modestly so nothing tight or revealing. Opt for long sleeves & loose long bottoms. I hope this helps!

When, I go to look up the under pieces, what do I google?
Depending on where you are, you can buy them from any Muslim store in your area. You can also search "hijab" pins on Amazon, they're much cheaper there.
For the under piece you can get them from Urban Modesty, or Modanisa.com

Thank you for posting this video! I’m wanting to convert to Islam but never knew how to properly wrap a hijab. Is there a way to get the scarf to lay down flat at my forehead? Every time I try to wrap it I always have a “tent” and can’t get it to lay flat
you're welcome love! The tent may be due to the material you're using. Try out some jersey hijabs, they tend to lay flatter, and are much easier to wrap! Shein has some, as well as Amazon . hope this helps 💕❤
I'm a little late on this video, but I was wondering if there are any sisters who wear the hijab, niqab, headscarf, or veil, and who dress modestly, who would be willing to share their thoughts on a few questions of mine. I'm Christian woman who wears a headscarf daily and is interested in veiling more completely and dressing more modestly to show my devotion to God.
First, would it be disrespectful to my Muslim sisters to wear the hijab, niqab, or other traditional Islamic dress? I find your devotion and modesty inspiring, and your ways of dressing absolutely gorgeous! I would love to emulate your modestly while respecting your religion and culture.
Second, how do you stay cool in the summer? I live in an area that reaches upwards of 110 degrees Fahrenheit (43 degrees Celsius) in the summer time, and it is so difficult to stay modest, comfortable, and stylish in the heat. I try to favor cotton, linen, and other natural fibers, as well as thin but opaque polyester and synthetic fibers, and loose fit clothing, but it is so difficult to stay cool. Anyone have any thoughts?
Heyyyy sorry for such a late response. But anyone can wear a hijab or head scarf. No one is looking down on you for wearing it if you’re not Muslim. Our religion promotes modestly so seeing anyone dressed not half naked is is actually pleasing to the eye lol
as far as it being hot, I personally limit my time outdoors because I get very hot very fast so if there’s no air conditioning or shade then I’m not going 😭🤣. You can try wrapping it in different ways where it’s not draping in front of you, like in a bun or something.
I’ve also seen people put their hijabs in the freezer before going out. I haven’t tried that yet but it seems lol a cool concept! lol
