In episode # 6, we have Tsewang Paljor, Special Officer for Culture, Leh. We discuss the importance of culture in modern society and the means of safeguarding it.
The society of Ladakh is not a prefect society as many perceive and portrait. In reality, it has deeply rooted Caste system, and Ladakh also has been misogynist and so forth. Here, firstly we have identify and differentiate the cultural traits of good and bad. So, here I think Mr. Sonam was trying to differentiate them but he has not been asked to elaborate them by the interviewer. But, still it is really appreciateable to carry out such talks from Reach Ladakh part. Looking forward to many more talks which would help to shape Ladakh's future.

Mathew Arnold says that culture is the study of perfection and that perfection as a condition for harmonious development of each individual.Raymond William says culture is ordinary and wherein education has a great role to play.I beg your pardon that I don't have any reference to be made from the side of any scholar,philosopher of Maryul but,I hope I will come across anytime soon.With the Advent of Cultural studies,we can have a good prospect in UT Ladakh.

We should involve our youth in different family n cultural activities n youth (specially those who live out of Ladakh) should proudly participate in cultural activities n should never hesitate to speak LADAKHI no matter wherever you live.
One should equally get fluent and excellent in LADAKHI language as we prefer excellence in English.
