Shrewsbury is not in Wales and has never been in Wales, so it's a mystery why you thought you were in Wales while visiting Shrewsbury Police Station.
Lots of security for that back gate. That arm gate seems unnecessary.
A good 10 miles from Wales of which my only recollection is an Iron Bridge.
No doubt cops have read the memo and accept the common sense approach that you are not dangerous; on the contrary, you're doing them (and us) a service by presenting yourself auditing. 👍
The Ironbridge is in Telford which is around 13 miles from Shrewsbury, but Shrewsbury still isn't in Wales it's close to the boarder. 👍

Shrewsbury was once part of Wales many centuries ago. If yiu head towards Welshpool 15 miles away you enter Wales? Some Police stations had police housing I remember Handsworth in Birmingham. I think they phased it out. RAF Cosford still as many houses for the personell. West Mercia is not in Wales. Over the border its Powis police 🚔

What is the process for them to remove you fir civil trespass ? Can you refuse ? And if you did refuse ?
They'd probably just manhandle you out if you refused to leave willingly. It's possible they'd concoct a reason to search or arrest you if you were unlucky.
It always amazes me with these videos how many police vehicles are just sat idle in the compound.... They are always whinging about lack of resources and personnel - perhaps if they didnt waste so much money on cars and vans that just sit idle in the compound!?
Yet if you called them for assistance they wouldn't come, excuse being, no one available.

i'm going to honest, i don't know what use these audits are other than trying to embarrass people or cause a confrontation. Do auditors produce a written report and submit it so that they can help public services improve training or do they just submit a complaint? i'm really confused as to the reason/use for it. Other than making money on RUclips of course

About time
No, once instructed to leave by anyone entitled to possession, you leave or you can be physically removed. Common law is very clear:
Halsbury’s Laws of England, Paragraph 1400, Volume 45, IVth Edition.
“If a trespasser peaceably enters or is on land, the person who is in or entitled to possession may request him to leave, and if he refuses to leave may remove him from the land using no more force than is reasonably necessary."
not on publicly paid for property, there a procedure and only the most senior officer at that time on site can tresspass you.
Very true, but a Police Constable cannot be an agent of the land owner, so cannot ask you to leave, the facilities manager, or even security can. This is to stop the Police being implicated in working for a private corporation.
@@TimHall-Smith In the above scenario, police wouldn't be acting as a third party agent, they are working for the organisation that owns the land and as far as ejection goes, they wouldn't be doing as police.
@@Only_Fools_and_Audits You are mixing two things here, lets take them one at a time.
1 - The landowner, or agent of the landowner is the only person(s) that can ask you to leave, to eradicate any conflict of interests ,the police cannot be an agent of the landowner (public or private) whilst on duty regardless of who the landowner is. There was a case about 11 years ago which went over this point. You will find quite a few forces get their FM to ask people to leave now.
2- Once the landowner / agent for the landowner ask you to leave, anyone can use reasonable force to remove you, including the police.

You can see police quote Halsbury's in writing, he refuses to leave and is ejected. Of course the landowner's representative can eject trespassers, you are just confusing yourself.
