- Welcome to my new recipe series; Cravings! Now I'm pregnant, I'm always after something a small treat to help me get through the day, so in this series I'm going to be sharing with you easy recipes that you can recreate at home.
Starting with my raspberry and white chocolate blondies. The best part about blondies is that you can make them and store them in the fridge in an airtight container for up to one week! They are a perfect balance of tartness and sweetness and definitely satisfies my craving!

Recipe:
170g butter
170g dark brown sugar
1 large egg
210g plain flour
100g white chocolate chunks or chips
50g frozen or fresh raspberries
Bake at 160°C with fan or 180°C without for 20-25 minutes
