Nissan ZD30 OVERHEAT but in reality it’s not(Coolant Temperature Sensor malfunctioning)

  • This Nissan Urvan Estate ZD30 has a problem with AC compressor not engaging after a period of time!AC technician check all the cooling system but no signs of leaking or damage,so AC should be running properly!
    When I scanned I found out that the ECU sense it’s overheating so it cuts the power of the AC compressor to minimize the load of the engine!
    So I check the cooling system of the engine!but there’s no signs of overheating at the radiator
    I check the possible cause of the problems,like temperature sensor,EGR valve and coolant temperature circuit
    I test it actual each of the parts and found out that the coolant temperature sensor is the problem

      Wàla po, it was driven by the ECU
