Nia was the only one who didn’t complain at all during the show and didn’t cry and her mom didn’t cuss ONCE no matter how frustrated she was cuz she was actually following the rules.

I love that Holly raised baby Nia to be a classy, confident, charismatic, wellspoken and interesting woman. I cannot say enough about Holly. All joking aside, she made me take a second look at my own parenting and make positive changes because I am ABOUT the example she gave Nia
When Holly started crying I was about to start balling my eyes out-
You can just tell how much it hurts her to see her daughter treated that way, and even though it may not be hurting Nia visually it obviously can and did mentally which hurt Holly more I feel
Ikr, it breaks my heart whenever any girl or mother cries(for a reason tho) . But Holly got so mistreated in dance moms it's so sad.

still upset with holly for keeping nia there for so long knowing she was being torn down. and not just nia but its definitely worse for nia bc shes black and abby is prejudice. and i dont like how one of the moms said she finally stepped back to see like a mother when she has always(!!!!!) stood up for her child which is less than i can say for the other mothers. countless times ive seen them all let abby tear down their kids without a peep and its horrible bc they really let their kids be tormented by abby for YEARSSSS all for the sake of notoriety smh. like really, shame on them, they will go for each others heads before abby.
They signed a contract in season 1 before that the original moms only really saw abby for like half an hour a week and then they went to being around her a lot longer. The contract kept them in the show for 6 seasons and they would be fined $100,000 if they left. Kelly could leave in season 4 after the abby incident because after the producers tried to keep her on the show and meet with abby but she understandably didn't want to and went to sue Abby and the Production Company, Collins avenue so they fired her. Its Unknown how christi left the show but it seems as if she got on well with some of the crew so the stand off in season 3 episode 2 was actually because the moms and girls only got played $600 dollars for season 1 and then season 2 and had to split it between all of the moms and girls so it was actually to get higher pay or be able to leave bit they made it look like it was to get kelly back on the team so some people think Christi may have re negotiated her contract. She actually wasn't apart of the ALDC in season 4 and you can tell because she never wears ALDC mercy apart from the jacket and she also confirmed it but Abby couldn't kick her off and Chrisyi couldn't leave so she became vile to Choke and at nationals she made a comment about chloes eye and she had a medical condition and it really upset chloe so christi left. The producers covered up the comment up with an old audio of Abby calling Cathy washed up but she actually said get chloes eye fixed, so this may have allowed them to be able to leave but we're not sure. Maddie and Mackenzie left just before their contract was up but i think the producers were okay with it because of the drama it caused but if not i think Sia may have helped them pay the fine because she stated numerous times she wanted to get the girls away from Abby and the show because it was bad for them so she kept giving maddie jobs. Jojo left because she wanted to sign a nicaloden contract and Jessalyn knew that the contracts haven't been filed through the calaforina state of law yet so she left and they couldn't sue her for it. I think the reason they stayed in season 7 is because they knew the show was coming to an end as Abby was going to Jail and was bringing on new people so I don't think Holly is at fault at all. She always said if it got to stressful and Nia really didn't enjoy it anymore she would leave and i believe her they wanted the girls to come back for season 8 but they all said no. Dance Moms Stories thanks for the info. the contract puts it into perspective but damn id threaten to sue to get out because she was literally treating those kids like trash. so more shame on the producers for being money hungry and not caring about the esteem of those little girls. super fucked up situation all around, fuck a contract, a childs mental stability is way more important than some stupid show. i still think they coulda made abby run for her money
yeah Abby tried to leave multiple times too i think she got played $1000 per episode and she kept leaving but they made her come back especially in the later seasons. That still doesn't excuse her behaviour and what she said though and yeah the producers were very sneaky and caniving. Kelly and the other moms have stated the show isn't staged or scripted but the producers will do things like hide costumes or get people on the show that conflict with Abby and each other and many other things and then the moms and abby fight but all the reactions are real.
Yes they should leave bc it may have torn nia and holly a lot but then it could also make Abby feel like nia and holly gave up which would never happen. The contracts are also the worst. Dance moms is just messed up in so many ways. However, it gave the dancers more opportunities and such and I try not to watch the actual episodes to support lifetime. Sucks how people including me think it’s entertaining.
Etta Jackson i remember at first it was entertaining but then it just snowballed from there and got worse. the only thing that makes it entertaining for me now are the edits on YT lol

i randomly came across this video, barely know what dance moms is, and I'm crying my eyes out. i never cry but THIS
IT'S SOOOO GOOOOD. I started watching it in 2018 after seeing clips on RUclips all the episodes are free on lifetimes website there are 7 seasons well theres 8 but its a new cast and it was really bad but yeah I'd recommend. I've rewatched the show like 10+ times 😂😭

Im from the U.K but i think walmarts like pound land lmao and i appreciate that i am trying to diversities my content i have an Ex factor edit coming out on Monday. But I love dance moms and love editing it. I do spend a lot of time i have stated in a few videos that Ryxn has inspired me but i do spend a lot of time around 6 hours editing these videos so i am not trying to copy. But thanks for the criticism id rather know to motivate me to make more original content and diversitie myself 😂
