I have a really funny story about Rod Run 2022 I believe, or maybe it was 2023 I'd have to check to be sure, but we stopped at the Fast Mart BP the intersection of Wears Valley rd to use the rest room and grab some snacks and this kid with a lewd sticker on the back window of his car in huge bold print said "I EAT A**," but it wasn't censored at all. The young guy rear ended another car pretty hard at that light bad enough to crumple the whole front of his car and wait on a tow truck. We laughed so hard as we drove by yelling out the window that he bit off more than he could chew this time. I tried to get pictures but by the time we got out in traffic and in the other lane to notice what the back window said we were already beside him where I couldn't get a clear angle thought about circling around to get the picture but you know how the traffic is there. Cops and tow truck were already there wouldn't have made it back around fast enough. That photo would have gone viral for sure. We had a good laugh and it reminds me that even God has a great sense of humor! I can't figure out for the life of me how he even built up enough speed in that short stretch of road in that traffic to do the amount of damage he did to both vehicles. Luckly, nobody was injured so it made for a good laugh.
